My Cragghopper waterproof walking trouser zip failed within warranty and Cragghopper sent vouchers to have the zip replaced with a generic zip at Timpson. I was advised it would take about 2 weeks as it has to go off site for replacement and it was done by the 2 weeks over the Jubilee holiday. I am very pleased with the quality of repair and as you can see from the photographs that the concealed generic zip is equally as good as the original. The shop manager is very helpful and straightforward.

Excellent after-sales customer care! Over the years, I’ve received watches as gifts for birthdays and special occasions from family and friends. Because of this, I often choose Timpson’s lifetime guarantee on replacement watch batteries whenever my watches run out. However, when I recently needed a battery replacement for one of my watches, I couldn’t match it to the correct card. Luckily, Jimmy from the Tesco Fleetsbridge Poole branch helped me figure it out using the case number. When I gathered all my watches, I realised that the person who had previously replaced my watch battery under the lifetime guarantee had written the wrong name on the card. Jimmy went the extra mile and fixed the issue by issuing me a correct card. Without his help, I would have lost the service I had already paid for.
