I've attended classes here as well as curated wellness workshops, the owners and teachers are supportive and engaging. The space is beautiful 😍 and inviting ✨️. I highly encourage those curious about taking a yoga class to start with Zen Den.

My 9 y/o boy with anxiety and ADHD attended an anxiety/wellness/yoga class today. I couldn't be more pleased with this place. I feared he may be too hyperactive to get anything out of it, or intimidated by being the only boy there. The instructors were kind, gentle and empathetic. He couldn't wait to call his dad and tell him all about the class. Very positive experience, all the way around. We will be back!

I love this yoga studio! The environment and teachers are welcoming, down to earth, laid back and there’s something unique to be found in each of their classes while they all remain very modifiable/adaptable for very beginner or for those with limitations, which options for more intermediate yogis too. A true mind-body refuge to slow down from busy daily life! Super non-judgemental atmosphere. Highly recommend this yoga studio for any and every one that wants to even just try yoga or movement! Also recommend to try a kundalini class / sound healing event with Analia for a wholesome experience! 🧘🏼‍♀️all the teachers are great . Thank you Zen Den!
