From start to finish, my experience with Young’s Delivery Service was easy. My law office is in another state, and I needed a very large, confidential binder delivered to a judge by a certain date/time with detailed instructions. To say I was nervous about the transaction is an understatement. I called multiple couriers, but Young’s topped my list. My telephone calls to their office were always answered by a live person who was welcoming and kind, my emails were promptly responded to, and the cost was comparable to that quoted by other couriers. In the end, my binder was received ahead of the scheduled time, and I received confirmation via email and a telephone call. I highly recommend Young’s Delivery Service and will use them in the future for all of my courier needs in Chicago.
