Already obsessed. 🔥 Day one at Sweat & Tonic (Yonge & Sheppard) and I’m already blown away. CJ and Eve/ Eva were incredible — they helped me unlock my locker, cleaned up my coffee spill (classic me on day 1 😂), and made me feel genuinely cared for from the moment I walked in. Their kindness and attention to detail instantly set this place apart. The space is gorgeous, calming, and thoughtfully designed. The vibe is premium but welcoming — like stepping into a wellness sanctuary instead of a gym. I signed up for the Well Unlimited membership. I haven’t tried the Front or Spadina locations yet, but Yonge & Sheppard is already a must. Exceptional staff, spotless facilities, and a community feel you don’t find anywhere else. If you’re looking for a gym in Toronto that truly treats people with heart, Sweat & Tonic is it.
I have been attending Sweat & Tonic for the past year and it’s always an amazing experience, I typically purchase single credits and it’s 100% worth the money. You get a great atmosphere for not only fitness, but also for coffee chats or even studying with their Tonic Bar. There are tons of amenities, such as showers including body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion(all vegan as well), and Dyson hair dryers. My personal favourite classes are hot classes, and they come with complimentary cold essential oil towels to wipe off after. I have been to both locations and love both, if you need a little fitness pick-me-up, definitely check it out!
My first ever yoga class – and it was absolutely incredible! It was a hot yoga session, so the room was very warm, which added an extra level of intensity and focus. The instructor explained everything very clearly, making it easy to follow along even as a complete beginner. I really appreciated that there were options to modify the poses for those who are not yet able to do certain movements – that made me feel comfortable and supported. I left the class feeling completely amazed and inspired. Huge thanks to the instructor!
I’ve been a member for a little over a year and a half and it’s honestly one of the best decisions I’ve made for my well being 🥹 I feel stronger, lighter, and more energized 🫰🏻 The atmosphere is calm, clean, and inspiring. The instructors (and everyone) are all super kind and patient, always ready to help or answer any questions, especially if you’re trying new classes or just getting started. From the café, I highly recommend the avocado toast with an egg (ask for extra chili flakes and extra lime, it’s perfect 😍) and the Espresso Glow smoothie, which is great before a workout. Overall it’s such an aesthetic space where you truly enjoy taking care of both your body and mind✨
