Terrible service. I went there to inquire about price for repairing my watch and replacing the battery. Instead they just started repairing it without informing me. When I asked to not do it, they won’t put it back. Extremely unprofessional service.

Horrible experience getting my watch battery replaced. When I went to pick up my watch with the new battery, they had not only scratch ed the entire back of the watch but ruined the face as well. There is either scratches or glue(?) stuck on the face of my watch now. My compensation was that I didn't have to pay for the battery! Oh and an apology for ruining my 250.00 watch. Beware! They do not stand behind their work.

I had a ring lose a gem! I came to signature jeweller to fix it and they were very informative and patient with me through the process of me telling them what I wanted. They were very informative and offered me advice as to how it should be fixed. They were very timely with their responses on the internet and when I went in for the estimate they explained the cost to me in great detail. It was a was a short wait for my ring to get back to me and they would call as soon as they had any updates. I had a lovely experience as a customer. My ring turned out better than before and even polished.

Id stick with going to Huxley jewelers Horton and Richmond as they are professionals and back their work , Signature jewelers are useless, They as far as I am concerned should not be in business. Don't trust them .
