YVR Handyman and Ali’s team really impressed me with their high-quality craftsmanship, flexibility to accommodate our short timeline, as well as working to the best interest of their clients. Due to the abrupt change in cold weather, there was some water condensation around the window ledges that made it difficult to paint over the wet window ledges. While other repair companies suggested to rent heavy equipment like industrial dehumidifiers and blowing fans to dry the areas before painting (which of course translates to high costs to clients and longer project timeline), Ali suggested the alternative of using his company’s own hand-held blow drying and heat guns to dry the areas, which effectively cut down costs significantly and also efficiently complete the work within our short timeline. The unexpected weather change originally impeded the progress of our repairs project and caused us to be behind schedule, but after understanding our needs and challenges, Ali shifted his own schedule to accommodate ours and thanks to his team’s efforts, they brought our project back on track and allow us to meet our required timeline. The efficiency of his team’s work certainly did not take away the high-quality of their craftsmanship – the end products are really clean, smooth, and beautifully painted white window ledges. I believe pictures speaker louder than words – I have attached the photos below to show the high-quality of their craftsmanship. I would not hesitate to recommend YVR Handyman and Ali’s team to anyone who is looking for their services. This company truly cares about the best interest of their clients and will work diligently to meet and exceed clients’ expectations. Keep up the great work!

The leak was quite complicated, but they managed to fix it on the very first visit. Since we were running a business, they efficiently sealed everything the same day, taped and mudded the area, and scheduled a follow-up visit to perfect the finishing touches.
