I had a haircut here and was not completely satisfied. Upon checking out, there were several employees that took actions to address the issue. They promptly took actions to make a follow up appointment and refunded the cost of the cut, even though I did not ask. The follow up appointment was set up around my schedule. The attention and skill that Lori showed me, was professional, reassuring, kind and five ***** skillful. I left the salon feeling and looking great! This type of customer service is rare these days and I am extremely appreciative and confident continuing to use Z’s for hair care services! Recommend, recommend, recommend!!!

Every experience I have had since Alexis started cutting my hair has been a great one! She listens to my needs and cuts my hair just so. I love my cuts. She’s comfortable to talk to and I enjoy the whole experience.

I went for a 90 facial with Kaylee who is super sweet and caring. I got a 90 massage from Russell who attentive and thorough. I went for a haircut from Shawn who is a great listener and very gentle. All staff are so kind and professional. Atmosphere is delightful. I love that they helped me donate 12” of hair to Wigs for Kids.
