Sid dealt with all our inquiries promptly and was very helpful and the good arrived really quickly and they are an excellent quality. I have just placed my third order with them and the thing that i like with them is that they take the time to call and inform you what is out of stock which gives you the opportunity to decide if you want to order alternatives. Most other wholesalers just send the invoice and do not let you know. I see people have complained about items being out of stock but i would imagine that it is difficult to keep levels on the huge range that they offer, i would much rather a few bits being out of stock from time to time than not have the huge choice. In my opinion they are a great company and extremely professional and i love their items, I wish that i could stock more, I am looking forward to receiving my order on Friday! Thanks guys

Very unprofessional. We placed an order with them, paid in full however after paying they informed that most products are out of stock. Then why they are available online to purchase? When we received the order, one item as faulty. A foundation with broken security seal and clear sign of foundation residue on it which indicates some of it was pumped out somehow. We sent a picture of the item which was in unsellable condition. They said they would adjust the cost in next order. But why? What if I never order from you? Why don't simply refund for the faulty item? No, they wont provide simple customer service. They asked me to send the faulty item back by 2nd class post and only then they would refund for a £3.50 worth of item! so after sending a faulty item they wanted us to go through even more pain to get refund for that! Why the hell you want a faulty item back and refund for the item cost and return postage cost? Clearly to give us hard time so that we don't send it back. Even if we returned it, I doubt they would say they haven't received it back and wont refund. Who puts clients though so much trouble for a faulty product? There was no customer service from this company. I didn't bother to send it back, they win. However they lost business. JUST DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

The person who said they got back to then is very lucky We had an email to say there was items out of stock, we asked for a refund on email we have emailed a number of times and called no one has answered our emails or picked up the phone In this day and age it’s surprising they can afford to treat customers like this the first and last time we order with them. I wouldn’t give them any stars but you have to give 1 star because you can’t post if you don’t. British Souvenirs
