Wow! What an incredible experience it has been to work with Zack! He was the third mortgage broker I dealt with, and not because there was anything wrong with the first two, but Zack came highly recommended by my sister. I’m so glad I gave him a try! His responses were always quick, clear, and thorough. He is personable, professional, and knowledgeable, yet has a tech-savvy ability to make videos that explain everything with visuals and in terms I easily understood. I felt like he guided me all the way through the process, and was always on top of things. He got me the best deal by far on a mortgage, and even helped me get a little extra wiggle room, having the expertise and foresight to help me plan for expenses I hadn’t thought of.
