Very bad experience with the interview process after reviewing my cv exactly knew my education background also my skills and all the company I worked for then there wasn’t any reason to call the candidate in the office and then tell them that they still have a doubt how can I work and they need a proof before giving a chance to candidates when after having 4 years of working experience with great performance . I was even ready to give assessment to prove but end of the interview he said you keep looking for other options too…was too unprofessional way to reject

Really an unprofessional and attitude CEO, if connection miss out while interviewing, they will cut your interview process in the beginning itself and never call you back, so unprofessional experience ever seen in interviews. Do they think that job seekers come to time pass or what, better to stop hiring any people and job posting on social media.Never gonna suggest anyone who wants to start job their. Edit: sir, when I start sharing screen in google meet it got mirroring, I was trying to say that to you,,,,,,but unfortunately bcz of connections it dint happen, also I have gave so many interviews this is my first experience when my connection gone. You said will take interview next time, I also said ok and I was waiting that my interview will be schedule next time, but I haven’t got any mail. As a job seeker we have too much frustration tension everything when we come for interviews. Don’t say that jobseekers should show respect, as a interviewer like you also should respect them. They always in respect while coming process. Also don’t say that I dint selected because anyway you haven’t asked me any question though, u don’t know my skills, and knowledge. Im not blaming, this a reality in India unfortunately every job seekers like me treated as beggars. Peoples are living in a fear that they don’t open all these to public what they are gone through. Every hiring manager once they were job seekers they should understand what candidate are facing on interview process.

I had a very negative experience from CEO of the company. Extremely rude and inappropriate behavior from Mr. Sivaram Pundachi. He appears to lack the knowledge of proper employee interaction and conduct.
