I was more than impressed when they showed up with what I needed within 24hours! When the driver arrived with the load, he was kind and courteous and more than helpful. They listed firewood for sale with delivery on the marketplace. We orders about a week prior. I guess plenty of time to prepare the truck, the wood, the schedule. Well, on the day of the delivery Jeremy was not sure if he can make it. Whatever the difficulties in the company - there was a whole week. But this is not the end. When I asked what happened, a week was supposed to be enough time - he immediately cancelled the order. Considering this way of doing business I will not use this company for anything.
