The team at Zarley Law has been incredible to work with in all regards. Simply put, this is not your typical law firm and Josh Conley (my lawyer) is not your typical lawyer. Josh Conley has been incredible to work with. He is extremely professional, prompt, responsive, realistic, has a great personality/attitude and is fun to work with. He makes the process educational and I was always well informed every step of the way always being presented options, solutions and guidance. At no time did I have reservations about the direction we were taking and felt fully confident in Josh’s abilities on my case. He is mindful your time and his time spend on your case. Although Josh has a lot on his plate, he always made it feel like my case was a priority and was always extremely focused on my case when we met or talked. Josh Conley is fantastic to work with in so many ways! His professionalism and responsiveness are top notch! From day one Josh provided immediate responses and quickly took action to support our case. Though it took several months, Josh continually provided great communication to keep us up to date throughout the entire process. Even when there were no updates, Josh would go out of his way to check in and let us know he was still working on a particular piece of the case and would always provide a timeline and suggestion for next steps. We ultimately won our case and were awarded much more than we had anticipated. A HUGE thanks to Josh and the Zarely Law Firm for all your help.
