Went through drive thru for a coffee and donut I should have just skipped it and went home when I got home the donut was very cold almost like it was frozen and very hard and could not eat it. It’s sad that Tim’s used to be awesome but now no one cares about quality or customer service

This Tim Hortons has become an absolute joke over the past couple of years. I paid extra for sauce on my bagel once again and guess what? Nothing. That little dot is all they put in there. At this point I think they do this on purpose because it’s not the first time. It's infuriating and embarrassing that they think it's okay to charge more and then scam customers. The new workers are constantly chatting among themselves in their language, completely ignoring the customers. This place used to be great back in the day, but now it's absolute trash. I'm beyond angry—do better and hire people that can actually follow instructions. The people leaving good reviews have either been told to or have probably stopped here 2-3 times. If you’re a regular here, you know how inconsistent they’ve been for so long (ex. missing items, wrong order, ignoring you) This is probably my final straw, I’ll be spending my money elsewhere.

I visited this location today at 4:07 pm, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Tim Hortons so far. The lady who took my order was rude and dismissive. At first, I thought maybe she was just upset about something else, so I tried to overlook it. However, when another customer who spoke very little English came in, the same staff member treated him with ignorance and arrogance, as if he wasn’t even a human being just trying to place an order. I ended up helping him myself. I understand staff deal with many customers daily, but this was a complete failure in customer service. Not all staff were like this — an older gentleman was very kind, and another lady was patient enough to help the non-English speaking customer. Still, the behavior of the staff member who took my order was unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately.

This is the best Tim’s in Canada. No toilet to wipe myself with. But the espressos are divine. Gonna miss this place moving 100kms away.
