The person that answers phones has no idea what she is ever talking about, doesn't speak english very well, asks you to repeat yourself and claims she's also the manager. I have asked to get my truck and trailer wrapped and figured I would give them another shot by making me a fabric step and repeat fabric back drop for interviewing- she still didn't know what I was talking about. NEVER wasting my time calling again!

Some of the worst customer service I have ever recieved. I old the lady I own a company and am looking to have my vehicle wrapped with the logos on both doors and hood. My logo is jet black with some blue. She thought I was trying to get a wrap without any graphics cursed me out and hung up on me. I called her back (I do not no why) she went on, quoting her "yous don't own know shop, you is just trying to get a jet black car wrap" slam she hung up on my again. For some dumb reason (and this is why it's getting two stars instead of one) I called again. A nice guy answered the phone and helped me out, but he also said I cursed that lady out. Trust me I felt like it and was going to but before I could she had hung up on me twice. If the owner reads this go down and thank the lady that answers your phones, because you just lost a sale.
