The US tariffs have made shipping to USA very challenging. It is all new to everyone. Stallion is excellent but even they were overwhelmed for a while. One customer service representative came to my rescue. Her name is Emmarie Aquino. This gal worked so hard for me to solve all my problems and to prove that my products (books) were duty free. The paper work was complicated because of USA but Emmarie stuck with me all the way and got all my problems solved. Now I can ship easily to USA. Stallion is an outstanding company for shipping parcels within Canada and to USA. In fact, they have better customer service than any company I have ever used for anything. Thank you, Emmarie, you are amazing.

I have been using Stallion Express as my designated shipping service for my small business for two years. Overall, I had a great experience so far! Their online system for purchasing and printing labels is easy to use. Package drop-offs at the Markham location are always quick and easy. There is an automatic door at this location, which is very helpful for those with many packages. I also recently had a wonderful customer support experience with Rochelle over email. She was very quick in responding to all my questions and was very helpful. Would recommend using Stallion Express to other small businesses!
