Every year I come to Playa I always buy something at Zingara. They're fashion is high end and quality second to none. Definitely a go-to place for these special swimmer, lounge, cruise weat and sundresses. Each piece is a must-have for your wardrobe collection. The only reason why I gave four stars this time is because usually at this time of the year they have more items on sale and further discounts but not much on sale mid January. They did open an outlet store which is well set up, beautifully presented and in the shopping mall at Centra Maya across from Playa Car. If you're looking for sale items with quality timeless fashion that fit well definitely visit their outlet store. The staff is very helpful and friendly and provide suggestive products with kindness and attentiveness helping accommodate with sizing while you try items on. Zingara has definitely elevated their service. One of my go to places for resort and swimwear Cancun, Playa de Carmen and Playa car. Thank you to all the staffing at Zingara making my visit and my shopping experience memorable. In particular the location in the shopping mall at the south end of 5th Avenue.

This brand and shop do not respect Mexican consumers rights. I would give it less than one star. The lady at the shop showing me different bathing suits that were apparently discounted. She said that one specific model was 350 pesos. I was feeling a bit unwell as I was under strong medication and paid without realizing at the moment what she truly charged me. The day after I realized I got charged 3500 pesos (162 dollars). I went to return the item as that was not the price she told me. The item was untouched and unworn but they refused to refund me. I spoke with the manager and she was not helpful. The Mexican consumer rights state that we have the right to return an item within 15 days of the purchase. This shop violates consumers rights stay far from this shop and this brand that hires people that literally lie and take advantage of a sick medicated person. The supervisor basically told me I could make a claim to consumers office if I wanted to but she was still not giving me a refund and accepting a return. Simply unacceptable. I’m going to make an official claim to the authorities.
