Buyer be ware. Terrible company. Poor management of our full service move through our relocation. Added thousands of dollars for additional expenses. Had to wait several hours for them to return to there location for additional pods causing a long delay. They are the ones who estimated the number of pods by doing a video walk through. They said they used double the boxes needed. And added an additional 3,000 dollars. When delivered they only had Two guys and brought one pod and had to return to get more causing us to wait several hours. Charged by the box and weight instead of the number of pod's as claimed on there website. .The blankets used to wrap the furniture were a charged of 60 dollars a blanket . Why they used blankets for some furniture and plastic wrap for others is still a mystery. Please be careful using this company. If you use this company, remember I told you so. What do you got to say about this Zippy Shell owner . How are you going to make this one right? I know you troll these reviews. You unethically charged several thousand dollars more. Nashville Update, this company has no ethics. My club chair has a large stain on the back. This chair was pristine and cost 1600, they offered 200 for US to find someone to clean it so they can wash there hands of it and gave no guarantee it would come out. The headboard has a large gouge in the leather. Paid 1500 and was offered 425 for the king bed. The rail was also damaged. They only wanted to give depreciation value. Please be aware of there practices . Zippy shell you make comments after poor reviews just to make it seem like you care, but you don’t. That little comment after my last review was for show only. Who gives depreciation value anyway??? That is such a cope out!!!! Nashville

Our driver, Devin dropped our pod off perfectly. Called an hour before drop off and dropped it off perfectly… We asked as close to the grass and garage as possible and he did just that. Thank you!

This is our first experience utilizing pod storage. Excellent service with scheduling and with drop off on 10/3. Mr. Danny was a joy to work with and he set up the pod exactly where we needed it to load it properly. We have it scheduled to move to our new residence on 10/8. Thank you Pack Rat for making this transition such a pleasant experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Zippy Shell gave us the best moving experience ever. We would highly recommend them to everyone. They were polite and profession every step of the way. Also, the moving company they recommended was fantastic.
