I love this property. Ms. Tammy Julie and Andrew act as if they are family. They keep all maintenance up on apartments and entire staff is nice. No complaints I’ve been here now going on 4 yrs my apartment looks great.

Having been a renter from Fred Farrer for almost 2 years I have zero complaints. They worked with us getting into the house like we were his only customers. We have had nothing but a positive experience from the company. I'm not sure why everyone was trashing it two years ago, but things must have changed dramatically since then. Andrew Farrer is AMAZING. He's been very accommodating and attentive to our needs as tenants. He's went above and beyond. The few times we've needed things done Hector has been here within the hour to check on things and usually has stuff fixed within a few hours to a day at most. Best commercial landlord I've ever dealt with.

Such an amazing company to rent through. When starting over with my babies just a few short years ago the ladies in the office were so kind and got the rental ready so quickly so that we could move fast. When covid happend it really was devastating, but the ladies were so kind and understanding while I waited to return to work. Ill forever be thankful for all of the ladies in the office 😊!
