Good experience with the zolo pulse, but beware of zolostays, usually they don't inform the hotel owners about the booking and this results in not availability of your booked rooms. That's why hostel / stay owners deny your bookings.

Worst company policy of not refunding the pre-booking amount. The managers in Zolo are trained to attract customers to make a pre-booking amount. And if we ask TV which is informed as available earlier, & after pre-booking they will tell like availability of each facility will depend upon each specific Zolo type like Zolo Pulse, Zolo Edison, etc & it won't be made available finally. Manager is also telling like after making pre-booking also, if any other customers turn up they wont be able to wait for more than a day & ask us to deposit one month rent in advance before visiting & seeing the room directly. And more importantly without our communication, they cancel our pre-booking & send an email telling like our ore-booking has been cancelled- Ridiculous business process When we approach customer support, they are completely ignorant of whatever the scenarios we explain. The only thing they tell us is "As per their company policy, pre booking amount we cannot refund."

I have been staying in the property for last 1 year now,Single occupancy. I stayed because I liked the property at first instance and was very close to my office. The property is good, amenities are also good but the behaviour of the managers here is totally not satisfactory. They have taken deposit, also take rent in advance and if rent gets delayed they take fine of Rs. 500 per day plus gst..which if gets delayed I used to pay with fine and GST. Last month I have informed rent will be paid a bit late because my company has some audit going on so payments are delayed. I was not in town and they harnessed me to come back and when I came back late in night what I see is they have locked my room with all my things locked inside and no one supporting in the night when I have already informed I will be reaching in night and next day will clear dues. I was wid no place to stay in night standing outside my room and these people didn't supported for anything. Morning also they are trying to do time pass and sending team to check the locked room. The managers who all are managing are the main problem at the property. In night instead of opening my room they were trying to sell me their hotel room for night. If you are new in city and don't have friends then believe me this is not the safe place for you. I don't recommend this to anyone now. Specially the property manager is not worth the property it is.
