The agent more or less pressured me into buying a condo. Since I’m new to the real estate market, I wasn’t aware of the importance of a home inspection. They told me it wasn’t necessary. After purchasing the condo, we encountered several unexpected issues: the furnace stopped working and had to be replaced, there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, and we found out that the 35-year-old water heater also needs to be replaced. So far, we've already spent over $15,000 on repairs, in addition to the condo’s purchase price. Don't blindly believe the agents, think twice before signing any contracts.

I’m writing to report an uncomfortable and unprofessional experience I had with your agent, Olga Poutchkova. I called Zolo to inform I was running 5 minutes late for an open house, but the call was redirected to Olga. She offered to schedule a private showing the next day between 6–7 pm. However, she insisted I needed a 25% down payment just to view the property. I explained I am a first-time homebuyer, but she continued to enforce this condition. She also asked personal questions about my relationship and employment status and told me to get a mortgage pre-approval by the next afternoon, just to see the house. When I shared my name, she responded, “Never mind,” which felt rude and dismissive. This level of screening just to view a property is excessive and not standard practice. It felt invasive and unfair. I expect Zolo to address this matter seriously, and I believe an apology is warranted.
