One of the worst properties of zolo, there is a pool of toilet sewage in front of the property for almost 2 weeks, i have a broken cot in my room for almost 3 months and i am sleeping on the floor. The water purifier is contaminated with fungus, you can visibly see green fungus all over the water purifier. No power back up, sofa in the room has been broken and not repaired since i moved in. The absolute worst is the customer care they give a response which implies we dont care. There is power shortage, power fluctuations frequently. This property is not worth paying 9k. They are scaming us. Please dnt consoder staying in zolo. Look at the beds provided they all seem worn out. look at the sofa, there are nails sticking out in the seat. I have attached valid pictorial proofs as to my review.

Service was excellent before but it's very bad nowadays. No proper maintenance sometimes water is not available and purifier is not working always.Please take necessary action to improve the service.
