I rarely leave reviews, but I really had to this time. The customer service here was extremely unprofessional. My friend and I went in looking for a wedding band, and right away the blonde sales associate treated us as if we “couldn’t afford it” simply because we are young. Without even asking what we were looking for, she immediately directed us to the silver section, clearly not wanting to “waste her time” serving us. There were no other clients in the store, so there was absolutely no excuse for the dismissive attitude. After reading other reviews, I can see I’m not the first to experience this kind of treatment. Don’t waste your time or money here—being judged and disrespected the moment you walk in is unacceptable.

Amazing service, came by today to inspect my diamond cuban link chain. The workers are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, they are very kind, and i’d recommend them to anyone looking to buy jewelry. I often buy jewelry online and need to have the pieces verified, usually a jewelry shop doesn’t want to help or isn’t much help when i bring my pieces in for verification but with Orodiam at place Rosemere nothing but excellent service.
