NOT AUTHENTIC! Worst experience. The store is shady and not listed on Zubeida’s Website. Their prices are way higher than other stores. I bought a Valdera playpen from this store which after discount amounted to 57k. The playpen was the one without the bassinet or changing station. After I went home, I was looking for the picture of playpen model on Zubeida’s website to show to my family and I found that the prices for these playpens (one with bassinet and changing station) were starting from 32k and 37k. I called the helpline number on their website and I was told that this store is not under the management of the Zubeida’s online website. I eventually had to go to the store to confront them and their manager was not at store so the issue wasn’t resolved. The manager called next day to compensate for the difference after discussing with their management. If I hadn’t seen the website, I wouldn’t have known their scam. I also made purchase of clothing and other stuff for which I never compared the prices. But definitely never going there again to avoid their cheating schemes. Do your research before buying anything from there.
