The person in front of me was being rude and yelling at her while saying, “I know it’s not your fault…” Please complain online or make a phone call! Leave these employees alone and let the rest of the customers get their transactions done! Geez, Karen! Anyway, I got amazing Ryka slip on sneakers in the cutest color for a very low price. Tilly LoI haven't shopped at this DSW in a long time and didn't know they remodeled this store and added a nail salon. They even carry COACH purses!! I ordered a pair of boots to be picked up at this location. The young lady at the register was so helpful. She retrieved the boots from the back, and they were what I expected... So disappointed! To my surprised, since I ordered it online, I don't get charged until pick up is confirmed. She just cancelled my order. It was so fast and simple! I love their selection of puppy pattern socks. So cute!! 🐩🐕🐩🐾🐶
