Had to make a return and I wish DSW would make it smoother, but the associate was kind and patient. The person in front of me was being rude and yelling at her while saying, “I know it’s not your fault…” Please complain online or make a phone call! Leave these employees alone and let the rest of the customers get their transactions done! Geez, Karen! Anyway, I got amazing Ryka slip on sneakers in the cutest color for a very low price. Very happy!!

Never exchange anything here. My son bought me a pair of walking shoes for x-mas. All I wanted was a smaller size. Took 30 mins 3 registers and my drivers license and phone number to exchange an item that my son paid cash for.
I haven't shopped at this DSW in a long time and didn't know they remodeled this store and added a nail salon. They even carry COACH purses!! I ordered a pair of boots to be picked up at this location. The young lady at the register was so helpful. She retrieved the boots from the back, and they were what I expected... So disappointed! To my surprised, since I ordered it online, I don't get charged until pick up is confirmed. She just cancelled my order. It was so fast and simple! I love their selection of puppy pattern socks. So cute!! 🐩🐕🐩🐾🐶
Nice people but I have never not waited in line, even with multiple workers. Are they understaffed? I have been in line for 15ish min with 1 person ahead and 1 person at register. Someone help. This always happens at this place!
This store always has what I need. Staff are helpful and friendly, especially Kylie! I usually come in looking for a particular pair of shoes and they can always point me in the right direction.
Very organized and good selection. The only problem is never enough help at the checkout counter. But this is a problem many places.
Shopping at this DSW was a great experience. The manager was excellent helping us to get the best deal possible. Highly recommend this store.
