3 years ago my parents were charged a total amount of $3,600.00 when David Hughes was a rental manager at 240 Brittany Dr. This happened 3 years ago when The Rental manager David Hughes had sent notices to all tenants both at 230 and 240 BRITTANY buildings. In this notice the rental management mentioned the réparation of the balconies in both buildings 230 &. 240 Brittany. The tenants are not responsible for the charges for the réparation of these balconies in both buildings (230&240). AFTER the completion of this maintenance project, the rental manager at that time 3 years ago had sent notices to all tenants to pay for the maintenance of the balconies. This is illegal, this is a fraud. Tenants are not responsible for the charges anything related to maintenance of both buildings. This is Osgoode Properties Inc who is responsible of the charges of this maintenance project. I am sending you a request for the reimbursement of $3,600.00 as soon as possible.

My Mother lives in this building with my brother who is 18 years of age. My mother is visually impaired and Partially Disabled & we have noticed someone has been stealing her packages every time she orders something she never gets it but The Shipping companies always have proof of it being delivered to her front door! My mom is on the 6th floor by the way! She has been having this problem since she moved into this property almost 2 years ago! I gave her the idea to purchase a door camera after she contacted property management many times and they said they have no camera on the floors & they never seem to help her with this situation or find a solution to it! My mom bought a door camera and she placed a decoy box outside of her door so that she can catch the person taking her VERY IMPORTANT packages! (Like I said my mother is visually impaired and partially disabled!) The same day we placed the camera , that’s when the person who was stealing her packages came and steal the *DECOY*. Here is video proof in the comments ! This is absolutely sick & NOBODY SHOULD HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS AT ALL! Especially when the rent is Increasing Continuously every year & no security or cameras at all! What if something worst was to happen???? Now that my mother has bought the camera and caught the person , She showed it to Management and they told her that she isn’t allowed cameras on her door because of other’s privacy which doesn’t make sense because WHAT ABOUT MY MOM??????? This is torture, all the money that was spent , meds that was stolen and more! The police is now going to be involved and this lady who is stealing the packages lives on the 6th floor in unit 603. PLEASE BE CAREFUL OF THIS LADY! SHE IS CLEARLY SICK & had the nerve to pretend like she was on the phone just to steal my mother’s package AGAIN but this time she got caught and tried to act stupid! And NO I DO NOT CARE HOW THIS MAKES ANYONE FEEL! THIS IS MY MOTHER WE ARE TALKING ABOUT & I WILL NOT KEEP LETTING THIS HAPPEN TO HER!

My visit with Amine Ayoub El Idrissi will remain etched as the worst real estate experience of my life. This representative of Osgoode Properties displayed unbearable condescension from the first minutes, dismissing our questions about co-signers with the disdain of a malicious superior. His curt tone, aggressive questioning, and categorical refusal to show empathy exposed glaring incompetence in client management—unacceptable behavior for someone claiming to work in sales. I have met many building owners around Gatineau, and this was the first time in my life I encountered someone so condescending and who clearly does not care about their client. The final straw? The apartment, supposedly non-smoking, reeked of stale cigarettes like a clandestine bar, betraying the company’s lack of professionalism. I am a multimillionaire yet treated as a nuisance by an individual who forgets his origins and acts entitled here. Never have I encountered such arrogance in a professional in Gatineau, reflecting disconnected and disrespectful management. Avoid at all costs, unless you enjoy humiliation and ashtray odors.
