As a newcomer searching for an apartment, I had the chance to work with CLV Group in Ottawa, and especially with Mackenzie. She was very professional, gave me clear details, always followed up by email, and was attentive to my needs! Being heat-sensitive, I really appreciated that she suggested an Uber when I felt tired during the visits and did everything she could to accommodate the heat. Much appreciated !! It made the whole process much easier and reassuring, thanks a lot !

Believe the positive reviews at your own risk. They are rating themselves with 5 stars. I rarely post reviews, but our experience with CLV Group has been so egregious that I feel compelled to warn others. The lack of action, the dishonesty, and the disregard for tenant well-being are shocking. Please be aware that they appear to target new immigrants, taking advantage of those who are new to the country and unfamiliar with their rights, locking them into long-term contracts for unlivable units. If you are considering renting from CLV Group, be warned. If you are okay with living in a moldy, infested environment with no maintenance and dishonest management, then proceed at your own risk.
