I moved into a new property that required some updated plumbing repairs. I also replaced some plumbing fixtures. Recently I needed to have my drain snaked. Every technician has been friendly and thorough explaining what needed to be done and provided their professional opinion. Always received a quick response when coordinating my appointment. I would highly recommend their services to anyone. Thank you very much Tom and everyone else at Harb plumbing. You are doing an amazing job.

Live in a condo building, they came to fix my neighbor's plumbing. Dude knocked on my door and asked if he could look at mine, since I share plumbing with my neighbor. I said sure, and then opened the door for him to come in. He saw my somewhat cluttered entryway, gave me a super offended look, and said "no, there's no way I'm going in THERE" in a sarcastic tone. He then just turned and walked away without another word. Extremely unprofessional, would never call them and recommend others don't if they wish to be respected. EDIT: To the business owner, just saw the dude get back into his company van and light up a smoke with the windows up. Thought you might want to know.

This is our 2nd experience with Harb Plumbing, and once again we had very positive outcome. Both gentlemen (Will & AJ) that performed the repair were professional and efficient at their jobs. We will definitely use Harb again for our Plumbing needs. Thank you for the quick service!!
