John the Plumber did a fantastic job! John who was the Manager for my area came to the house on time and was very professional. We discussed my issue and came up with a number of solutions. The price quote was great and they also have been following up. I would recommend them and will use them for all my current and future needs!

**Update** May 07, 2025. John the manager came to visit my house to assess the damage done. He has fixed the silicon sealing issue, and paid the flooring company for all repair fees, and provided a discount on the service. Although I wish they haven't damaged the floor on the first place, but they look the responsibility, paid/fixed all the damages and was responsive. ** Found the company via google and assumed reliable from high google reviews. They came the next day to replace both toliets, but somehow scratched my floors in a larger service area. The plumber left the toliet on the hardwood floor directly, and somehow scratched as per picture. Communicated with customer support on Friday and supposed to get an update by next week for resolution. Surprised I didn't get a call back from management back on the same day.
