Love living here! The doormen, supers, and janitors are some of the friendliest people on earth, always brightens up my day to interact with them. The amenities are great and the building is always clean and well maintained. Management are pleasant to interact with and very responsive to issues. This building is a blessing! Believe it or not, I rented it from abroad via StreetEasy last year, just using a video and a very responsive and helpful realtor named Steven. When I moved in and arrived, it was even better than the video portrayed. The doormen are fantastic, and the handymen are great as well. Every time I need support, they are promptly ready, friendly, respectful, and polite. Everything is always clean, and the neighbors are good people. It’s a family-oriented, peaceful, and friendly environment, and it’s worth mentioning that it’s a very safe place to live.
