Company was very responsive and thorough. Helped me understand the levels of quality in the water heaters to make a decision best for me. They were 600 dollars cheaper than what Pseg quoted me after they marked the old one unsafe, but I do know Pseg quoted for a better quality A.O Smith which I already had in my home. They were to my house within an hour and a half of the call to install it. It took 3 hours to install. Only issue was technician stated they sent him with a tall water heater and I had a short installed so it would be a tight fit. I showed him where I sent pictures of the current water heater to the number requested prior to arrival. He did get it in there to get it done and I’m happy with it. No mess no cleanup. There were some extra charges due to needing a new chimney pipe but that’s to be expected with old equipment. I do feel the technician could’ve been a little more respectful. He was on the phone Thea lot of the time and I thought twice he was talking to me but he indicated he was on the phone. I didn’t realize because he had earbuds in. Also, he complained a few times to the person about the job and how his day was going. Otherwise he was a nice person and no other issue.

1800 Heaters did a wonderful job in installing my water heater. They remove my old tank ,install the new couldn't ask for better service. Great job Lynch Plumbing. I will recommended them to my friends and my family.

Great job Jeff. The least you could have done was drain the water. Jeff stated 1-800-heaters are not responsible for draining out water spilled by the water heater tank. So he proceeded to work inside the water and stained my entire laundry room and hallway with mud and water and no cleanup afterwards. Great Job JEFF.
