I started with Alpa Lumber over 2 years ago and received a cold call for trying 1order as a reseller. No regrets at all. It took me a while to even try them out, but it was absolutely the best decision. Anto is absolutely the best! He is always available when we need him to the point where he is our go to guy for anything we need. He always beats the others (so far). The main reason for us is that we have a reliable reseller now who is there when we need him for support or any questions at all even before or after the sale. It's support that matters above all and we are not going to argue over $5 dollars quote difference between the vendors. Anot is not like the other resellers (whom I won’t name) who sold us something and won’t even take it back even though it was never opened, which prompted me to try our 1Order. I definitely recommend 1Order. Do give Anto a chance. You will not regret it.

Good luck if you are doing business with them.I left my laptop to repair on Oct 23rd, 2023, after consulting Lenovo website. As per Lenovo, this is a qualified technician. Today, Feb 8 2024, I still haven't received my laptop. According to Mr Tro Apanian, the laptop has been outsourced as the laptop is no longer turning on, which, on a positive side, he has taken the responsibility. I saw another review below, someone has received their pc without some main components. I see: I'm not the only one. I left my laptop with a simple hinge issue. This has been very stressful. Stay away!
