I had an amazing experience at 1Spa4U here in Ottawa and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a professional and high-quality spa. They were able to accommodate me on short notice, which was a huge plus. The staff was welcoming, professional, and clearly skilled in their work. I booked a deep tissue massage along with foot reflexology, and both treatments were excellent. The massage therapist took the time to understand where I needed the most attention, applied the perfect pressure, and really helped relieve my muscle tension. The foot reflexology was equally incredible, relaxing yet revitalizing, leaving me feeling balanced and refreshed. The spa itself is spotless, calm, and very comfortable, which made the whole experience even better. I walked out feeling completely rejuvenated, stress-free, and energized. If you’re in Ottawa and searching for the best deep tissue massage or top-rated foot reflexology, 1Spa4U is definitely the place to go. I’ll be returning for sure and highly recommend it to anyone in the city.

(Update: Issue has been resolved. Thanks Gordon!) So disappointed that you charge a $10 credit card fee for a $75 1 hour massage! You should have tell me about this before the massage begins. Be transparent about the pricing next time! Also one more thing - the maximum credit card fee can only be 2.4% of the service, not a whopping 13.3%.
