I placed an order a week ago and I received an email that the products are sold out. Ray the business owner asked me to check his website for substitutes. I wasted my time searching for substitutes and got to know those substitutes are sold out too. I did this 3 times and each time Ray said they are sold out and tried to push his other products which are not good. I had asked him to refund my order, he kept saying he is busy and will get back to me and now he is not avoiding my calls. I am planning to call the bank or settle this legally. I am a reputed eBay seller and buy from wholesalers regularly. I have never had such horrible experience with any wholesalers. Avoid this fraudster.

None of the good products on the website are actually available to purchase. If you ask them, they'll push you to place an order then let you know hours later the product has suddenly sold out, even if it's been advertised on their site for months. Called me a month ago to say they were closing down in a few weeks and sent me "closing down" discount code. Website is still operational. Very dodgy, glad I never sent them any money. Try elsewhere.

Ordered some stock, told 4 days later its not available and then just told to pick something else. Requested refund, waited 13 days for it with customer service shouting at me because I asked for an update on where it is. Instead of them updating their site when they're out of stock, they just tell you to order it without paying and send them an email and they''ll get back to you on whether they have it and can fulfill your order or not. Genuinely one of the worst B2B transactions I've ever dealt with.

By far the worst company I’ve ever come across to do business with. They’ve promised me a shop front installation 4 weeks ago of which I paid a £1000 deposit. Every week Mr Singh delays and gives me a lame excuse as to why it’s not been completed- he’s delayed time and time again when I’ve told him I’m in a hurry and I’m paying rent. Still he hasn’t done the job and he’s lied on several occasions about returning my deposit. I would advise everyone to not use this company for any jobs as they are not men of their word and they treat their consumers poorly. I advise everyone to stay away completely. It’s an utter shambles.
