This company is a shambles. Emails from addresses that don't accept a reply. Published telephone numbers that aren't connected. It seems to me that they go out of their way to avoid customer service. I bought a BB gun that was faulty from the word go but I had to go through PayPal - who worked hard on my behalf - to get a refund. I don't know if you can buy BB guns from anyone else but avoid this one if you can. Incidentally, look at the wording of the favourable reviews. So many similarities it makes you wonder if they are genuine

Avoid this seller, plenty of genuine ones out there ! I have Return a faulty gun (£279.99) to them over 2 months now and i think the gun had previously been sold to someone (paint missing/scratches), I stated I wish to have a new one or a full refund, no answer from them ! I have called and sent emails saying I want full refund, no response what so ever they have totally ignored my requests. I got PayPal involved to get my money return, and the ruled in my favour and i am just glad i used this for of payment protection. There is lots of good Airsoft sellers to use this trader is not one of them, please avoid if you don't want to waste your time and money

Phoenix Arizona iWholeSaleRus association woth this company. Kevin is the owner. Black Man in raised blue pick-up truck. They sold me an iMac that hasn’t allowed me to login since day 1 which was this past Friday. Won’t return my calls. Swore that it was a fast computer. They now want me to give them $200 more for a “better” computer but won’t fix the one they sold me. They are serious SCAMMER’s. Black man named Kevin will meet you at Staples. Says he’s the owner. Drives a large cobalt blue raised pickup truck and will not stand behind his computers that they sell. He has people working for him that agree on one rate then he will say he can’t sell it for that and tell you that it’s an amazing computer which in reality you’ll be lucky if you get 24 hours of working computer time! He gives black men and black people making an honest living a bad name! No wonder people think the worse of black people when you have people like him selling lemons online and horrific customer service! Doing the work of the devil!!!!!!
