We’ve been really happy with our pickup drivers in the past. Our most recent driver is incredibly unprofessional. He is on his phone (AirPods) 24/7, doesn’t come and get the boxes and waits for our older female employees to bring them out to his truck, and doesn’t show up within the scheduled time. Today we had a pickup scheduled for 3:45, and he showed up at 3:20 before the packages were ready. He was asked to come back at the scheduled time, to which he said “no I’ll come back on Monday”. This delivery was extremely important, and now is delayed until Monday. After contacting Canada Post head office, we were told he would be asked to return or another employee would come pickup the packages. Nobody came. We paid a pickup fee, for what? What exactly are we supposed to tell our customers expecting their packages on time? Then he has the audacity to enter into his machine “no items to pickup” at 3:50, a full 30 minutes after he left our establishment! Complete lies, and for what? To go home early? Edit: Canada Post reached out to us on the Monday and did their best to resolve things. Supervisor was very professional and provided his direct number if we encounter a problem in the future. Very much appreciated.

This location is a depot where small businesses and others, which print their own labels, can put mail in transit for delivery. You can also pick up mail here. If you’re looking for a Canada Post location to conduct business, such as buying stamps and mailers I suggest going to a shoppers drug mart which has a canada post. Note the drip of/ pick up area is located at the back of the building. They have signs instructing you to go to the back and look for the blue and red doors. Easy to find

The package was tracked to the Post Office and was not delivered. This is the second time that I have ordered shoes and they have disappeared when they reach the post office.

I would give this place 4 stars for in house service. The problem is I have found my neighbor's mail x 3 this past 6 months in my mailbox. I am just thinking its breach of privacy, and nervous about my mail being in someone else's mailbox. I will personally return the mail to the post office. However, this has to stop..putting others mails in wrong mail box.
