Came a couple of days after we moved and changed all the locks and cylinders we needed. Honestly, one of the best tradesmen I’ve dealt with. I chose Tom originally because out of all the calls I made for quotes. Tom took the time to explain what he’d need to buy, what he’d need to do, the differences in locks, how he’ll do the work. On the day, he messaged saying he was coming over, was very approachable and clean and tidy. ALSO, he even solved another problem I had in like no time at all.
