I'm a traditional weight lifter, and this gym has everything I need to get a good workout. Multiple machines for every muscle group as well as plenty of free weights and benches. Even has equipment for heavy deadlift. The owner is also extremely nice and cool and really helps bolster a friendly and supportive community in the gym.

Wheww where do I start! I love 3D Fitness for its true local gym feel, something built on sweat, tears, and passion. Walking in is always motivating because it’s a community that genuinely cares. Lex and Vell are amazing trainers who are dedicated to each clients personal health/fitness goals. They customize every session and really invest in your progress. If you want a gym with heart and trainers who care, this is the place!

I will start by saying I am not good at gym environments with a lot of people. But this gym is great. I’ve tried quite a few in the area and this one is my go to. I felt nervous and worried about trying another gym because I always end up disappointed. But this place gave me good vibes since the first time I came in. It is a smaller gym but They have all the equipment that you need and more.! Always a good environment. Never walk in and feel out of place. I love that they offer personal training. My pt Is Vel and he is great. Always motivating and always takes time to explain how things work and what the best way to do things are and Never has problems answering questions….. I’m very happy that I found this place and feel so much better since I started. I completely recommend this gym.
