Absolutely the best! I have never been in a cleaner gym, even my daughter noticed the first time she walked in. The equipment is well maintained and any issues are noticed and fixed right away because the owners are actually in the gym and using the equipment. In addition to a basic membership there are personal training sessions, accountability, classes, tanning, etc. available. These people know their stuff! The proof is in the results they get with their members and clients. They will push you and give you all the tools while making sure you are in charge of your journey and not having to rely on them. They aren't sales-y even though they could be. They have so many products from protein bars, energy drinks, supplements, etc. but it's never forced on you. In fact they tell you that you don't have to have any of those things.

This has been my go to place for mental and physical wellness. The place is always clean and well maintained. The staff have always been helpful, encouraging and friendly. I have been an active member for a year and absolutely love this fitness center. They offer so much including nutrition counseling, personal training, accountability, and most recently have added amazing fitness classes. The equipment is kept in top working condition and the facility is always very clean. The owners are highly trained and experienced fitness experts who understand all levels of fitness. They work with equal competence with all ages and levels. The atmosphere among members is positive and encouraging. We are so blessed to have a facility of this caliber in our community. Highly recommend to anyone looking to start a journey to better health.
