Customer experiences
I had a great experience with this garage. What I thought was a flat tyre turned out to be a faulty valve stem sensor, and the lads were brilliant in diagnosing and fixing the issue. Darren, Scruffy Matt, Spencer, Ryan, and Yomi were all incredibly helpful, polite, and courteous throughout. They took the time to locate the correct part and made sure everything was sorted properly. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend this garage and will definitely be returning in the future.
I rarely write review but this place deserve all credits and praise. I'm a new driver and the staff here are very polite, nice and patient explaining everything to me. The price trust me they are most affordable. Thank you for your service
I had an absolutely shocking experience at this F1 Autocentre today. Genuinely the worst customer service I’ve encountered in a long time. I booked online via the F1 Autocentre website, selected my tyres, and booked a fitting slot for 11:30am. When I arrived, I was immediately told they were very behind and asked if I could come back on Monday. As I work during the week, this wasn’t possible. I was then told to come back at 4:30pm instead. This meant driving 30 minutes each way twice and completely disrupting my day, but I agreed as I had no alternative. When I returned later, I was greeted by a different employee who was polite and helpful. Shortly after, I received a call saying they could not fit the car on the ramp, nor could they safely get a jack under it without risking damage. While frustrating, I accepted this, as I do not want my car damaged. The issue is that this could and should have been identified when I first arrived at 11:30am, rather than wasting hours of my day, fuel, and time. No checks were done initially despite the booking being in their system. When I came back into the shop, the employee who dealt with me in the morning dismissively handed my keys back with little to no explanation. When I tried to calmly explain my frustration and ask about alternatives, such as purchasing the tyres without fitting, his attitude became extremely rude, confrontational, and aggressive. I remained calm throughout, but he spoke to me in a demeaning way, repeatedly dismissed what I was saying, walked away mid-conversation, and was muttering and swearing as he returned to the workshop. This is completely unacceptable behaviour for someone representing a business. The other two staff members agreed that his tone and behaviour were inappropriate. Eventually, I was simply given a regional manager’s number. In total, I wasted over two hours commuting, used a significant amount of fuel, and had my entire day disrupted. I received no service, no tyres, and no accountability. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was genuinely appalling. Being busy is understandable. Treating customers with disrespect is not. I will not be returning. I am expecting a full refund and will be contacting F1 Autocentres customer service directly to raise this issue formally.
Booked an appointment to fit tyres that were supposed to be delivered from Blackcircles. What followed was three days of pure incompetence and wasted time, spread over nearly two weeks. I completely understand that delays of 1–2 days can happen, but 3–4 days of repeated issues within a two-week period, with no communication, is unacceptable. Day 1: Turned up for my appointment only to be told “oh… we haven’t actually got an appointment for you.” Why let customers book slots if you’re not even aware of them? Day 2: Went back again. This time it was “oh, the tyres haven’t been delivered.” No call. No update. Nothing. Day 3: I attempted to call customer service 3 separate times, each call lasting around 15 minutes, and no one even picked up. Despite this, I was later told “yes, we can get that done.” They took my car and kept it for FOUR HOURS, only to then say “oh, the front tyres haven’t been delivered so we didn’t do the fitting.” So what exactly was my car doing there for four hours? On top of that, they couldn’t even find my locking wheel nut, which I had kept in the centre console. Most of the staff were friendly, but one staff member was noticeably grumpy, which didn’t help an already frustrating situation. I also physically went to the shop 3–4 times, all because of their shocking lack of communication and organisation. No updates. No ownership. Just excuse after excuse. If you value your time, your patience, or basic customer service — avoid this place at all costs. An absolute joke of a tyre shop.
