I am gobsmacked at all the terrible reviews on here. I have had nothing other than lovely expériences using this shipment service and I have been for years. Of course there are times when the shipment is late- which is expected. But everything always intact up on arrival. Customer-service is always top tier too. And the owner and staff are super respectful. I just picked up my frozen items sent from Nigeria 2 days ago!!! This is one service i will always be grateful for.

BEWARE OF THIS SHIPPING COMPANY, I shipped two barrels through Canada Cargo (Sea Cargo), containing soaps, nuts, towels, and company T-shirts items worth about $3,500. When they arrived in Lagos, everything was completely damaged and unusable. I reached out to the company requesting at least a refund of my shipping fees, but they flatly refused, saying “we do not offer refunds.” The owner was extremely rude, showed no accountability or apology, and instead offered “free shipping on my next order.” That made no sense, why would I ship with them again after they ruined all my items? This company takes no responsibility for the damage they cause. My experience was incredibly disappointing and costly. ⚠️ BEWARE do not ship with Canada Cargo if you don’t want your items destroyed or your money wasted. Attached are the awful condition in which i received my items

I recently used Canada Cargo for an international shipment and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, their team was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. The services are horrible. This is my first time of using them and definitely will be my last time. They lack Customer service, they cannot even communicate. They wanted to charge me customs clearance twice if not that I started asking questions. On top no apologies were given. I have had the worst experience ever and I would definitely spread the news. No one should be treated in this manner especially not someone paying for services. If they are not ready to do business they should close down and make room for others who are more serious business minded. Even the one star i gave, you guys don’t deserve it.
