Their communication was clear and timely, and they walked us through every step—from viewings to paperwork—with patience and care. Thanks to their expertise and dedication, we’re now happily settled in a home that couldn’t be more perfect for us. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

So far, the service and experience working with Five Star Property Management has been really great. They communicate well and seem to have a streamlined process and operation that works swiftly and efficiently. You can also reach somebody anytime and get responses/answers quickly. This has not been my experience with other property management companies. Would highly recommend.

Let me start by saying, believe every single negative review you see on here. They don’t even deserve one star. Previous warning about taking pictures before moving into their property is real. This people are thieves. They violated my right as a tenant and lied about the condition of the property. I was moving from Houston into the property. Upon arrival at the property I noticed a foul smell, someone pooped in one of the house they were leasing and didn’t flush or clean it for weeks. The entire property was dirty! And I had already signed the lease before what they displaced online did not match what I got. I had to pay the moving company for 2 days and slept in an hotel. clean the restroom. The expect a clean move out condition. But can’t even meet the standards they require for tenants to move in to. Luckily for me, I have pictures and text proof to back up my review. Their staff are beyond rude. Do not believe their positive responses! All those negative reviews are true. Take pictures and sue them!!!!
