No driver was available or wanted to make my pickup. They didn’t even bother to inform me of this so I waited all afternoon. The dispatcher was incredibly unhelpful. I would have given them zero stars if that had been an option.

This cab company is very reliable, especially for people that need a wheelchair accessible taxi, they have a going out of London flat fee of $80 round trip

Left and old, disabled man outside of my place of work for ALMOST 2 HOURS. He could barely use his phone due to his disability and they had apparently hung up on him multiple times. When driver arrived he was blaming the old man for not answering calls that he either didn't receive or couldn't respond to due to the weather and his disability. I froze my butt off waiting with him after I had clocked off. Absolutely horrible, make contact more accessible.
