These are Rental units, not condominiums. The landlords are greedy and pry on residents who do not understand their rights. They hand out illegal notices about price increases for "services" and hope that people will pay. The buildings are crumbling apart, and in poor condition, they should be priced to match that. The landlords ignore problems until they are threatened and treat old tenants like garbage they want thrown out. Bugs are a huge problem in all three buildings, water smells bad from the taps, internet is spotty, black mold has been a problem in many units. Rodents (specifically mice and squirrels) have been stuck in the ceiling in the winter time, then died and created a smell. Lots of neighbors with loud barking dogs. Landlords allow loose dogs in the courtyard (see attached video). It is very loud from all of the constant renovations here as well and there is always a lot of dirt about. See photos for when the lawn maintenance comes once a week, creating a dust storm. Not ideal for anyone with allergies. A train runs directly behind the buildings. It goes past 10 times a day. The units rumble from this. The price they are charging for these buildings is just not realistic for what is offered. I say all this with honesty and the hope that the issues with rent gouging are seen clearly here.

Hallways need to be cleaned, the railings haven’t been cleaned in years. Don’t touch them Gross and unhealthy. Very unhealthy!

He has excellent interpersonal skills, and has always been available to help when there is an issue. Even during after hours. He has been very kind, respectful and always remains calm in a frustrating situation. Thank you JP.
