Customer experiences
I like visiting this place to pick up a quick snack and drink, especially since they are open 24/7. I like the taquitos, they are the perfect snack for any time of the day, and I like how they have changed it to a self serve, so I can choose my own. Other food items are a little more pricey than a regular grocery store but that is usually to be expected with gas station stops. There are always new flavors of slurpees and I've only had once incidence when the slurpee was too liquidy and closer to a juice.
Let me just start this off by saying that im not one to write negative reviews ever. I try to give the benefit of the doubt as often as I can. My friends and I just went here tonight and we got food, which was really good. The floors were filthy and so sticky, my sandals were sticking to the ground. The older lady who served us was also very rude and dismissive, and she couldn't seem more rushed and disinterested in her job if she tried. She was so hostile with all of us and kept giving us such dirty looks, as if we were disrupting her night. She was so rude and condescending when she asked what hot dog I had gotten, and snapped back asking if it was a cheese dog or a regular hot dog. I could barely hear what she said so I just politely told her it was just a regular hot dog. My friends and I were all taken aback by how rude she was, and that is not how you treat customers. I understand customer service is difficult, but we werent. I wouldn't be so polite to her next time.
Made an order thru skip the dishes. They had the 2 starbucks drinks for $6.50. Received an e-mail from support that the store is saying they're "out of stock" of starbucks drinks now and are not offering a suggestion... I check on the app again to see the 2 for $6.50 is "out of stock".... Meanwhileeee... The single cans/bottles are still available for selection... Guess they weren't professional enough to uphold their 2for deal before turning it off.. They had to get that $5 per can.. sad to see
Dropped into purchase something. Ended up leaving. The volume of the music in the store was at a level you’d expect at a club. It was ridicules. I had to raise my voice quite hi to ask the clerk what the deal was with the volume. He told me it is controlled by corporate and they had no control over it. They were not happy having to work in that environment either.
7-Eleven is a gas station.
