I had a really bad experience with the car wash. The light mud stains on my car didn’t come off. The underbody spray didn’t work well. The dryer wasn’t strong enough, so my car was still wet. It was a useless wash, and I won’t go back.

If the owner of this review is reading this hire better workers and teach them laws on photo id. The worker working there robert was busy talking on the phone and refused to accept official government issued temporary g2 license along with photo id, he did not even bother looking at it. I tried explaining him that i have not received my physical g2 yet because i just got my license but it seemed like he was having a bad day and was extremely rude with me. I could have called the cops on him for refusing to accept official id but did not wanna ruin his day even more. And in the end he shut off and told me to get out and never come back again. I never like to leave negative reviews but this guy made me wanna write one. Give better training to your employees

I got a super wash today because I also needed to used the self vacuum. It cost $19.20 including tax. The basic wash ($12) does not include vacuum. Once I am done with wash, I moved my car to the vacuum parking. I realized it’s only 5 mins, so I open all doors and removed car seats in advance just to be quick. However, the bar scan didn’t work. I tried multiple times then decided to scan my Visa card whatsoever. That was an unwise decision. I was charged again with $3.00 for the 5 mins vacuum. Later on, I brought my receipts to see the customer service hoping that she can help give me back the credit. She responded shortly there is nothing she can do. She added a note there are three vacuum stations you can choose from. I was very disappointed.

Seeing all these 1 star reviews should tell the management that there needs to be a change of staff. The men working here, all of them, horrible customer service, constantly on their phones, don’t understand how to work their own gas pumps, and overcharge all the time. They don’t know personal hygiene, they sneeze on their hands and go touch the food / drinks, the store has had bad Oder every time I go in, and the men constantly are rolling their eyes at customers
