the last time i took this taxi, I was charged $10.00. I took the taxi quarter to 5AM. I wanted to ask but I was in a rush. May I know the reason behind this? $8 taxi but was charged additional $2.00? And he didnt ask me if I even wanted a receipt. Taxi always ask so we can see if charged right. But he didn’t. Just curious. I took this taxi again today and I’m only charged $8 just what it says. So why was there additional $2 charge last time? Did they charge me for tip? Lol

Absolutely horrendous, last time i’m using the cab company as almost everytime they are late and i’ve been trying to plan to call earlier to actually “book” it to give them more time so they won’t me late started with 15mins didn’t work then did 30 mins, didn’t work. finally tried an hour and that still didn’t work. i would be as less pissed about it if they didn’t lie all the time which i have explained that multiple times letting them know i’m fine with them being late i just need them to be completely honest about it and not lie and say 2min - 5mins when im waiting 25+ mins instead. they had lie to me and my boyfriend multiple times about that and has ended up biting us in the ass afterwards. the cars are also extremely unsafe has some of their vehicles looks and hears like it’s about to blow up. some don’t have the proper set up in their vehicle and will be on their phone while driving calling other people and the dispatcher. handful of times where their drivers have almost swerved off the road not extremely bad but enough to scare us in the car. sometimes they done have a set price and will charge what they are feeling like if your doing more than one trip with them. i’ve noticed 2 trips will range from 11$ 13$ 16$ 17$ never a set price for trips. the last call we had ask for 535am and he said he would be there a 100% proceed to call me again at 525 to let me know that it’s a cab driver that drove my boyfriend before and to see it was all good which was confusing as they never have in the past and i told them yes im fine with whatever cab driver just as long as they aren’t late my boyfriend has to get to work at a specific time. again asked if he will still be here for 535, i kept asking to MAKE sure so there wasn’t any confusion or mix up. it’s 538 i call to ask just how much longer they were gonna be, proceeds to tell me NOW that the can will be 10-15 mins. i got quite upset as i went out my way to make sure and call before hand so it could go smoothly, it would’ve went more smoothly if they had just told me the truth and say he was gonna be late cause then we would have figure something else. instead we wait and have time wasted because we took their word for it. they had more than 1 excuse to why he was late and none of them were related or even made sense. this is not the first time it is simply our LAST time being lied to from these guys. i get that sometimes they will be late and stuff happens which again i said i was fine with the being late part just tell me! don’t lie to me and say yes he will be here at this time because then im expecting that time or a few mins after not 10-15-20 mins!! so if ya like being lied to about a company then this is the one
