It would avoid coming to this place. The costumer service is decent, but the costumer satisfaction means nothing here. The products are overpriced and if they don't work for you then they won't allow refunds. I felt like i could have bought a cheaper plug and do a way better job than an expensive plug that took 3 hours to charge my tablet (which it didn't). They said that the "tablet was the problem" but that tablet charged far more quickly with its original cable than their overpriced product. What is disgusting is their different excuses for them not to give you a refund, other companies they wouldn't even argue with you and simply return your money. Some companies simply value more taking you money than satisfying your needs. At least they could have offer to change the product for something else but not even that, they were trying really hard to win a dispute against their costumers. Do your research first before coming to this place.
