Recommended by my sister, Les attended same day to assess my broken cabin door handle. Despite it turning out to not be UK, EU or Universal where others might not return, Les maintained good communication by WhatsApp, came back and replaced the entire door mechanism which involved creating new holes for the bolts to glide into. Delighted and would definitely call him again
