Since I have been coming to A Better You Spa I have never had a negative experience with services or any customer service issues. Talitha is very experienced and professional and enjoys interacting with her clients and can give great skin care advice and has lots of advice on wellness and other concerns. I an a regular waxing customer but i have also enjoyed the massages I’ve had as well. I recommend A Better You Day Spa as the best in town for customer service and spa services.

Visiting Chattanooga for a few days for a couple different reasons my first grandson due to be born any day now & my youngest daughter’s 21st birthday. Decided on a last minute massage and stumbled across this location online. They were the only location with last minute availability & on a Monday!! Booked a massage for my youngest daughter and myself it was absolutely amazing. Heather & Jeffery were very kind and professional.

I’ve been seeing Allison for lashes, brows, and facials for about 6 months, and I’m obsessed! She’s a true lash artist! She knows exactly how to make your eyes pop and your brows perfectly frame your face. Her facials always leave my skin fresh, clean, and glowing. Every appointment feels so relaxing and personalized.
