On 8/12/25 in the afternoon, I needed to have them pick me up and take me to a location 14 miles away. I let the man on the phone know this. He said it would be a couple hours before they could pick me up. He then immediately said that he would call me back in 5 minutes. Two days later and he still hasn’t called me back. I had to walk a portion of this long distance to go get my vehicle before some nice person gave me a ride. I would never use this taxi service or give them one cent. I would walk first. They are unprofessional and don’t care about the customers and their needs.

I was in need of transportation to my post op physical therapy appointment and was given the name and number for Fast Break from the Chamber of Commerce. The young lady named Theresa (spelling) was my driver. Not only was she on time, but called ahead to let me know she was in route. She was VERY kind, professional and made me comfortable in my getting in and getting out of her vehicle. MOST kind, considerate, professional and safety minded. I am 70 and have never had to require that type of service. I was quite apprehensive but from the call notifying me she was in route to her departure from my drop off point I instantly became very comfortable. Thank you dear. I’m a transportation OTR Driver. Myself and another Driver were delivering Frito Lay trucks to Columbus and it was going to be after 9pm there are NO Lyft or Uber services at that time in that this small town. I googled and Fast Break was the 1st one I called. I received pleasant customer service on the phone. I explain who I was and that I needed to go to Indianapolis which was an hour away. The person who answered was happy to take my reservation. His assign Driver called and when I was an hour away from arriving he checked on me and confirmed time of my arrival. He was on time, professional, grab my bags, car was clean and in he drove with care. Now I k ow who to call when in Columbus, IN and I will refer them to all the Drivers I know. For great, reliable service at anytime especially late night “ A Fast Break Taxi” is the safe way to go! Thank Youz
